Acceptable Use Policy

Tendrify lets creators run link-in-bio pages, sell products, and host private communities. Creators and their members are responsible for the content they post. By posting on Tendrify — including community posts, comments, uploads, and links — you agree to this policy.

1. Prohibited content

You may not post, upload, share, or link to content that:

• is illegal, or promotes or facilitates illegal activity;
• sexually exploits or endangers minors (we report such content to the authorities);
• is fraudulent, deceptive, or facilitates scams, phishing, or spam;
• infringes anyone's intellectual-property or privacy rights;
• harasses, threatens, defames, or incites violence or hatred against others;
• contains malware, or attempts to compromise the security of others;
• violates Instagram's or any connected platform's terms.

2. Automation & messaging rules

Tendrify's automation runs on the Instagram Graph API, and Meta holds Tendrify responsible for how it is used. When using DM, comment, story, or live automations you must:

• comply with Meta's Platform Terms and the Instagram Platform Policy, including the 24-hour messaging window;
• not send unsolicited bulk or spam messages, or message people who have not opted in or have asked you to stop;
• not use automation for scams, phishing, deceptive offers, or to harvest, scrape, or resell data;
• not attempt to bypass Instagram's or Tendrify's rate limits or safety controls.

3. Selling on Tendrify

If you sell products, bookings, or memberships, you must accurately describe what you offer, deliver it, and honour the refund terms you publish to your buyers (see our Refund & Cancellation Policy). You may not sell anything illegal, counterfeit, or restricted — including regulated goods (such as drugs, weapons, alcohol, or tobacco), adult or sexual services, or anything prohibited by our payment processors.

4. Your responsibility

Content is created by users, not by Tendrify. Community creators are responsible for moderating their own communities; members are responsible for their own posts and comments.

5. Reporting and enforcement

Any member can report a post or comment from its menu. We review reports and may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, at our discretion and without notice. To report abuse you can also email support@tendrify.in.

6. Copyright / takedown

If you believe content infringes your copyright, email support@tendrify.in with the details and we will act on valid notices.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
