Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work — both for your Tendrify subscription and for products, bookings, and memberships that creators sell through Tendrify. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Tendrify subscription plans

• Cancel anytime. You can cancel your Creator or Business subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access to paid features until then, and your plan simply stops renewing.
• No refunds on subscription fees. Subscription charges (monthly or yearly) are non-refundable, and we do not provide partial or pro-rated refunds for unused time after a cancellation. You will not be charged again once you cancel.
• Free plan. The Free plan costs nothing and can be used for as long as you like.
• Billing errors. If you were charged in error — for example a genuine duplicate charge or a technical fault — contact us within 7 days at support@tendrify.in and we will investigate and refund any incorrect charge.

2. Products, bookings & memberships sold by creators

Tendrify is a platform that lets creators sell to their own audience. For these sales, Tendrify acts only as a payment facilitator and collects payment on the creator’s behalf — the creator is the seller, not Tendrify.

• The creator sets the refund terms. Whether a purchase can be cancelled or refunded, and on what conditions, is decided and handled by the creator you bought from.
• Contact the creator first. For a refund, cancellation, delivery issue, or dispute on something you bought, please contact the creator directly. Tendrify does not control creators’ individual refund decisions.
• Our limited role. Where a refund is agreed, it is processed back to your original payment method through the relevant payment processor. Tendrify may assist with the mechanics of a refund but is not responsible for the underlying sale.

3. Payment methods & currency

Payments in Indian Rupees (₹) are processed by Razorpay; payments in US Dollars ($) are processed by PayPal. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
