Question 1

What does Tendrify do?

Accepted Answer

Tendrify auto-replies to your Instagram and Facebook Messenger DMs and comments (plus Instagram story replies and live comments), captures leads, and gives you a link-in-bio page to sell products, bookings and memberships — all on autopilot, 24/7.

Question 2

Is Tendrify safe for my account?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Tendrify runs entirely on Meta's official Instagram & Facebook APIs and is approved through Meta's App Review. It never posts, follows, or messages outside Meta's rules, so your account stays in good standing.

Question 3

Do you need my password?

Accepted Answer

Never. You connect securely through Meta's official login and only grant the permissions you approve. We never see or store your password, and you can disconnect anytime.

Question 4

Will automations get my account banned?

Accepted Answer

No. Everything runs through Meta's official APIs within their approved rate limits — the compliant way to automate. This is completely different from password-based bots that risk your account.

Question 5

Do I need a Facebook account or page?

Accepted Answer

For Instagram automation, no — you connect Instagram directly with Instagram Login, no Facebook page required. If you also want to automate a Facebook Page and Messenger, you simply connect that Page as well.

Question 6

What kind of Instagram account do I need?

Accepted Answer

A free Instagram Professional account (Business or Creator). You can switch in the Instagram app in under a minute — it's free and reversible.

Question 7

Is there a free plan?

Accepted Answer

Yes — free forever, no credit card required. You get automations, a link-in-bio page, lead capture, and a taste of Tendrify AI (20 free credits to try it), with higher limits and much more AI on paid plans. You can top up AI credits anytime.

Question 8

What are AI credits?

Accepted Answer

One credit is one AI action — an AI reply to a DM or comment, or an AI check on a flagged comment. Free comes with 20 credits to try it, Creator includes 2,000/month and Business 5,000/month. Monthly credits reset each month; any credits you top up roll over and never expire. Run low and everything keeps working — you just top up when you want more.

Question 9

How is Tendrify different from Linktree or ManyChat?

Accepted Answer

Tendrify combines a link-in-bio page, Instagram & Facebook automation, and selling (products, bookings, memberships) in one place — so you can replace several tools and subscriptions with one.

Question 10

How many DMs can I send?

Accepted Answer

As many as Meta's official APIs allow. Sends automatically respect Instagram and Facebook rate limits to keep your account safe.

Question 11

Do you take a cut of my sales?

Accepted Answer

Only a small payment-processing fee — 2% on Free, 1.5% on Creator, 1% on Business. Payouts go directly to your own account via Razorpay (₹) or PayPal ($).

Question 12

Do you support international payments?

Accepted Answer

Yes. India checks out in ₹ via Razorpay; everywhere else pays in $ via PayPal.

Question 13

Can I export my leads and data?

Accepted Answer

Yes — every captured lead syncs automatically to your other tools (Zapier, Google Sheets, Shopify, Airtable, Klaviyo, Kit, Flodesk, Discord & Slack), and you can export contacts to CSV anytime too.

Question 14

Which integrations does Tendrify support?

Accepted Answer

Push new leads straight into Zapier (6,000+ apps), Google Sheets, Shopify, Airtable, Klaviyo, Kit (ConvertKit), Flodesk, plus new-lead and new-sale alerts in Discord & Slack. Each connects with a key or URL in a minute — no coding, and a Test button confirms it works.

Question 15

Can I schedule DM broadcasts and run promos?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The DM Planner schedules a broadcast to everyone who messaged you recently (within Instagram's 24-hour window), Next Post arms an automation for the next post you publish, and you can create discount coupons to drop into your DMs and flows.

Question 16

Can I automate my ads and schedule posts?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Ad Automation auto-DMs everyone who comments on your Instagram & Facebook ads — even dark/unpublished ones — with keyword replies, public FAQ answers and spam-shielding on ad comments. The Post Scheduler plans posts, reels and stories to Instagram & Facebook and publishes them for you at the time (or best time) you pick.

Question 17

How much storage do I get, and can I add more?

Accepted Answer

Storage is for your course and lesson videos — 1 GB on Free, 20 GB on Creator and 50 GB on Business. Need more? Add a +20 GB storage pack anytime (₹99/$2 a month each), stack as many as you like, and cancel any pack whenever you want.

Question 18

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. There's no lock-in — cancel whenever you like and your account stays active until the end of the current billing period.
