Privacy Policy

Tendrify Technologies (“Tendrify”, “we”, “us”) operates tendrify.in and related services that help creators build a link-in-bio page, automate Instagram interactions, and sell digital products, bookings, and memberships. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account data: your name, email, and password (hashed), or your basic Google profile if you sign in with Google.
• Content you create: pages, links, products, bookings, and automation rules.
• Instagram data: if you connect Instagram, the tokens and message/comment data needed to run the automations you configure.
• Payment data: payments are processed by our payment providers — Razorpay (₹ INR) and PayPal (USD). We store order and subscription metadata (amounts, status, plan) but never your full card details.
• Buyer data: for product, booking, and membership sales, the buyer’s email and chosen time slot, to deliver the purchase.
• Usage & device data: basic analytics about how the site is used (pages viewed, device/browser, approximate region), collected via cookies and similar technologies to help us improve the Service.

Google user data

If you choose to connect your Google Calendar, you grant Tendrify the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events scope. We use this access for a single purpose: to create a Google Calendar event — with a Google Meet link — for each booking your customer pays for, and to invite that customer.

• We only create these booking events. We do not read, list, modify, or delete your other calendar events, and we access no other Google data.
• Your Google OAuth refresh token is stored encrypted at rest and used only on our servers when a booking is paid for.
• You can disconnect Google Calendar anytime from Products → Google Calendar, which deletes the stored token.

Tendrify’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or allow humans to read it except as required for security, to comply with law, or with your explicit consent.

How we use information

To operate the features you enable, process payments and deliver purchases, send essential transactional emails (verification, password reset, receipts, booking confirmations), and secure the service.

Data sharing

We share data only with service providers that make Tendrify work — Cloudflare (hosting/database), Razorpay and PayPal (payments), Resend (email), Google Analytics (site usage analytics), and Google/Meta (for integrations you connect). We do not sell your personal data.

Retention & security

We keep your data while your account is active. Tokens are encrypted and passwords are hashed. You can delete connected integrations anytime and request account deletion (see below).

Deleting your data

You can delete your account from Settings, which schedules permanent erasure of your data (with a short grace period). If you connected Instagram, you can also trigger deletion from Instagram’s app settings — our Data Deletion endpoint handles Meta’s request and gives you a link to track status. You can also email support@tendrify.in to request deletion.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP) and the EU/UK GDPR — including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to withdraw consent, and to complain to a data-protection authority. We process personal data to provide the Service you signed up for, to meet legal obligations, and with your consent for optional integrations. To exercise any right — or to raise a grievance — disconnect the relevant integration in-app, delete your content, or email support@tendrify.in and we will respond within the timelines required by applicable law.
