Every sale you make appears in Orders. Your earnings — after the platform fee — build up a balance you can withdraw from Payouts.
- Payments in ₹ INR are processed by Razorpay; $ USD by PayPal.
- Tendrify's platform fee is 2% on the Free plan, 1.5% on Creator, and 1% on Business (processor fees are separate).
- Request a payout from Payouts once you reach the minimum; our team marks each payout paid.
You're the seller of record — you set and handle refunds for your buyers. See the Refund & Cancellation policy for details.
