Read and reply to Instagram DMs from inside Tendrify.
The Inbox brings your Instagram conversations into Tendrify so you (or your team) can reply, react, and pick up where automations left off.
- 1Open Inbox to see recent conversations.
- 2Open a thread to read the history and reply.
- 3Send text, media, or reactions (within Instagram's rules).
- 4Take over from the AI or a flow whenever a conversation needs a human.
You can only send a message within Instagram's 24-hour window; after it closes, reach the person by email instead.
