Set up Conversational AI

Let AI answer DMs and comments in your voice, with your knowledge.

Conversational AI replies to DMs and comments using a knowledge base you provide, so common questions get answered instantly — and it hands off to your flows or to you when needed.

  1. 1Open Tendrify AI and add your knowledge (about you, your offers, FAQs).
  2. 2Set the tone and any guardrails for how it should respond.
  3. 3Enable AI for replies and/or comments.
  4. 4Review conversations and refine the knowledge base over time.

AI works best as a fallback after your keyword flows — flows handle the known asks, AI handles the rest.
