Set up a DM keyword automation

Reply automatically when a DM contains a keyword you choose.

Use a DM trigger to answer FAQs, deliver links, or route people based on what they message you.

  1. 1Create a new flow with a DM trigger.
  2. 2Add keywords (for example: price, link, book).
  3. 3Choose the match mode — Exact match or Contains.
  4. 4Add your response messages and any buttons or forms.
  5. 5Turn the Status on.

Use 'Any keyword' with a cooldown if you want to reply to every DM without listing keywords.
