Keywords, matching modes & cooldown

Control exactly when a trigger fires — and how often.

Keywords decide what starts an automation. Matching modes and cooldown fine-tune it so you reach the right people without spamming.

  • Exact match — fires only when the whole message equals a keyword (great for 'DM the word GUIDE').
  • Contains — fires when the message merely includes the keyword anywhere.
  • Any keyword — fires on every message or comment, no keyword needed.
  • Cooldown — after firing for a person, the flow won't fire again for them until the timer resets (up to 14 days).

Keywords are not case-sensitive. Pair 'Any keyword' with a cooldown to avoid re-messaging the same person repeatedly.
